Fifth Brother was a male Human Inquisitor serving the Galactic Empire, active primarily during the reign of Emperor Palpatine. He was a Force-sensitive warrior trained to hunt down surviving Jedi and other Force-sensitive individuals who posed a threat to the Empire's rule.

Identifiable by his hulking physique, distinctive facial markings, and use of a double-bladed spinning lightsaber, Fifth Brother was known for his brutal and aggressive combat style. He frequently partnered with other Inquisitors, such as Seventh Sister, often clashing with them due to his impatience and straightforward approach.

Fifth Brother played a prominent role in the pursuit of Ahsoka Tano and the rebel crew of the Ghost, as seen in the animated series Star Wars Rebels. He proved to be a formidable opponent, consistently testing the skills of the burgeoning rebels and exhibiting relentless dedication to his mission of eradicating the Jedi remnants.
